土地を意味するテロワールは、その特定の自然環境で成り立っていく要因を意味します。記録されたテープはループしながら劣化して、その音の記憶を徐々に失っていきますがワインは熟成をしながら芳醇な味を作り出します。音の記憶と消失、熟成と芳醇。私たちの記憶に残る音は何でしょうか。
Terroir, meaning land, refers to the factors that make up that particular natural environment. A recorded tape deteriorates as it loops, gradually losing the memory of its sound, while wine matures and produces a mellow taste. Sound memory and loss, ripeness and mellowness. What are the sounds that remain in our memory?
